Supporting Offenders After Release (S.O.A.R.) is a skills building program for those who have been released from the criminal justice system. There are four specific focuses for this program:
- Address the immediate needs of the offender after their release from jail or prison;
- Support a smooth transition back into the communities from which they came;
- Replace crime producing behavior with prosocial alternatives that reduce recidivism; and
- Prepare the offender for release through socialization and stabilization
Through the delivery of skills building workshops and trainings, the outcomes realized will assist those who have been imprisoned to make a smooth transition back to society and become productive members of society. Below is a brief list of the workshops and trainings offered:

- Cognitive Restructuring

- Resume Development/Improvement
- Dress/Attire
