Right Way, Wrong Way ( RWWW ) Ten Step Rites of Passage program ( TSROP ) is a comprehensive social service delivery model that promotes healthy youth development. The TSROP model has shown great success in interventions with gang members, substance abuse, incarcerated youth, adults, poorly performing youth, and even youth who are performing well. The model has been utilized in school districts, community and faith-based organizations, and social service agencies at the local, state, and federal level. Over the past 6 years, TSROP has been recognized by the White House, as one of America's most promising programs for youth development and family wellness in at-risk communities. RWWW presently provides training and supportive services in more than 10 counties working in collaboration with other institutions who are now implementing the TSROP model.
